About Rick Dorval

 

Rick Dorval, Dorval Management Associates, Inc.’s founder and president, is well known for business performance improvement in both financial and operational areas. He possesses over 25 years experience in business management and consulting, effectively operating his own companies and assisting others with realizing business success. Rick operates a boutique firm and only assists a limited quantity of new clients every year. He is personally involved with every client.

 

Rick left a secure position to start his first company, experiencing all the trials and tribulations of an upstart and built it into a very successful company. He is an experienced hands-on advisor who understands and appreciates what owners go through. Over the years, Rick has worked with small to medium size manufacturers, construction companies and with many other businesses in over thirty different industries.

 

He has been very successful using his entrepreneurial approach working with many business owners to increase their profits, cash flow, employee accountability, delegation, and “getting their life back”.

Rick earned a Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelors degree in biology from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
